Note that we can set up showings to require 24 or 48 hours notice or not be allowed certain days of the week if necessary to keep the showing schedule from causing stress in your life.

Removing personal items and excess clutter makes your home feel more spacious and allows buyers to visualize themselves living there.

• Make sure counters are wiped down, garbage has been taken out, etc.
