If you are looking to sell real estate there are probably a lot of different scenarios and questions going through your head. Should you hire a realtor? Should you try to sell on your own? If you hire a realtor, how do you find the right one? How to you make sure you get the best deal? How do you make this process as un-stressful as you can. The truth is that there is not a one size fits all answer.
The good news is, it's totally your choice how you proceed! The other good news - you do not have to select the first realtor you talk to, you can interview multiple agents and select the one that fits best with your needs!

When you work with me the most important thing is my commitment to serving my clients. Having been in Customer Service positions for almost my entire adult life I have always been in roles of making sure customers are taken care of, that they are happy with the services/products they receive and that they feel like their interests are supported. These ideas are incredibly important with the "product" you are purchasing is one of the biggest transactions you will make in your life. It's one thing to be unhappy with a $5 gadget, or to feel like you were taken advantage of. It is another thing to have those feelings over a $250,000 home! I take a lot of pride in making sure my clients not only feel like their sale is the outcome that they hoped for but that their experience of selling is as easy, unstressful and well communicated as possible.
When it comes to the technical aspects of listing your property. I cannot speak highly enough of the marketing that I am able to offer my clients. NextHome Prime Real Estate has a full time Marketing Coordidnator on staff, drone services included standard, and matterport photography for all listings. In addition to the services offered by my brokerage I provide a YouTube video walkthru of my listings as well as providing a listing update to sellers bi-weekly.
